A staffing company is in need of a Remote Talent Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates for assigned positions
- Discussing background and experience
- Handling salary negotiations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sourcing passive candidates through cold calling, boolean searches, Linkedin Recruiter, resume searches
- Should be comfortable speaking with candidates
- Linkedin recruiter experience required
- Experience finding outside of the box ways to recruit candidates
- 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in the past 5 years
