Job Summary

A nonprofit network of hospitals, clinics, and home care services is seeking a Remote Talent Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Establishing recruiting strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for assigned positions.
Leveraging varied recruiting platforms and strategies
Facilitating position intake meetings with hiring leaders

Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent experience
Equivalent of Associates Degree
3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiter experience
1+ year of experience in a recruiting role or experience in a related position with emphasis in recruiting
Knowledge or experience in recruiting strategies, recruitment processes or talent sourcing.
Knowledge for HRIS/Recruiting technologies
