A nonprofit network of hospitals, clinics, and home care services is seeking a Remote Talent Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing recruiting strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for assigned positions.
- Leveraging varied recruiting platforms and strategies
- Facilitating position intake meetings with hiring leaders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent experience
- Equivalent of Associates Degree
- 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiter experience
- 1+ year of experience in a recruiting role or experience in a related position with emphasis in recruiting
- Knowledge or experience in recruiting strategies, recruitment processes or talent sourcing.
