Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- Minimum of 4 months to a year of agency experience
- Experience coaching hiring managers on recruiting best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with candidate care and balancing process and quality with candidate experience
- Strong interpersonal savvy and self-awareness
