Job Summary
A hardware security and software company is seeking a Remote Talent Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Hire the best talent and establish rapport with hiring teams internally
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals
- Review candidate applications and proactively source and nurture candidates to fill pipelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience as a Full-cycle Recruiter
- In House and/or recruiting agency experience
- Track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
- Experience sourcing qualified candidates and building a pipeline to hire top tier candidates
- Experience working with an ATS and CRM tool
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
