A retirement services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to secure talent
- Partnering with marketing to enhance social media and employer awareness presence
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years of direct full cycle recruiting experience
- Or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience designing and executing multiple sourcing strategies
