A nonprofit cancer center is filling a position for a Remote Talent Recruiter in New York City.

Must be able to:

  • Build positive relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple clients
  • Persuade and influence key partners utilizing data

Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years of strategic recruiting experience and excellent communication skills
  • Proven success sourcing on a variety of roles and engaging passive candidates
  • Strong ATS & HRIS skills (we use iCIMS & Workday)
  • Knowledge of Employment and EEO laws and regulations
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Suite and motivated to try new communication/collaboration and learning tools
  • Comfortable coaching hiring managers through a best-in-class recruitment process from start to finish including behavioral interviewing techniques
