Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating strategic plans for mapping candidates with with a diverse group of backgrounds
- Establishing strategic talent mapping and monitoring processes, using data and creativity
- Building, managing, and helping prioritize lists of the top experts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years experience as a researcher supporting a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience researching and market mapping to identify and engage qualified executive level candidates
- Experience tracking metrics, drawing insights, translating into action, and using data to influence decisions
- Expert level using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience managing a database or using large datasets
- Experience managing a req load of 10-15 openings and delivering results
