Job Summary

A company that offers career accelerator programs for experienced professionals has a current position open for a Remote Talent Researcher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating strategic plans for mapping candidates with with a diverse group of backgrounds
  • Establishing strategic talent mapping and monitoring processes, using data and creativity
  • Building, managing, and helping prioritize lists of the top experts

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years experience as a researcher supporting a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience researching and market mapping to identify and engage qualified executive level candidates
  • Experience tracking metrics, drawing insights, translating into action, and using data to influence decisions
  • Expert level using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience managing a database or using large datasets
  • Experience managing a req load of 10-15 openings and delivering results
