Job Summary
A marketing and advertising company has an open position for a Remote Talent Resource Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering closely with the VP of Production and Recruiting Team
- Recommending and helping to build our process improvements for Resource Management with VP of Production
- Managing and resolving resource booking conflicts with team leads and producers
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years in a resource management function within an agency environment
- Familiarity with or the passion to learn candidate applicant tracking software
- Familiarity with resource management software such as Float Asana
