Job Summary
An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Scout.
Must be able to:
- Source applicants, screen resumes, provide pre-screening as needed
- Manage your pipeline activity and connect with Recruiter regularly to discuss progress
- Attend team and HR meetings as well as any training provided
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of proven experience a talent sourcer
- Good track record of sourcing qualified candidates
- Knowledge of current market trends in high-tech hiring by US metro region
- Ability to keep a high bar for TA team experience
- Modern ATS experience
