Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Remote Talent Scout.

Must be able to:

  • Review candidate pre-screening questions
  • Interview candidates within assigned interview guide
  • Administer Technical Assessment Aptitude test

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in recruiting or a related field
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience meeting hiring goals and objectives on a consistent basis
  • Strong experience interviewing, assessing candidates, and closing candidates
  • Prior experience working in a centralized, national staffing model handling regional recruiting
