Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Talent Senior Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Manage the full-cycle talent management
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team
- Lead the HR and Culture teams to improve employee performance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience with talent management, recruiting, and/or HR at a tech company
- 5+ years of experience with performance management, workforce and succession planning
- 5+ years of experience with organizational design and development
- 3+ years of experience with data analytics and business intelligence
