Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Talent Senior Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the full-cycle talent management
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team
  • Lead the HR and Culture teams to improve employee performance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience with talent management, recruiting, and/or HR at a tech company
  • 5+ years of experience with performance management, workforce and succession planning
  • 5+ years of experience with organizational design and development
  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics and business intelligence
