Job Summary
A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Utilizing multiple sourcing tools and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent
- Proactively engaging with recruiters and providing ongoing status of sourcing activities
- Revising job descriptions for open requisitions and posting to job boards
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to attend local/national career events and conferences
- Minimum of 2 years direct talent sourcing experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or 8 years of additional related work experience
- Proven ability to source and network using current techniques and tools
- Understanding of EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines
- Demonstrated proficiency with web-based ATS, internet search engines, and Microsoft Office programs
