Job Summary
A tax software solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Craft and send recruiting emails
- Identify qualified candidate profiles
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
