Job Summary
A privately held online medical clinic is filling a position for a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and connecting with top prospects for roles across all departments via targeted sourcing
- Managing ongoing correspondence from active outreach to adding candidates to the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keeping correspondence logged there
- Helping the company maintain candidate communications and coordinating interviews throughout the multi-stage interview process
