A full-service tax preparation company is seeking a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing high volumes of quality candidates efficiently for open roles
- Consulting with business & TA leaders to understand job descriptions
- Working closely with hiring teams to effectively source and qualify target candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ year of talent sourcing experience; preferably at a corporate level
- Experience sourcing Marketing, Technology, Tax, or Financial Services industries
- Experience using various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent
- Strong track record of finding passive candidates to fill open roles
- Experience building strong relationships with cross functional partners
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects
