Job Summary
A mental healthcare startup is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leveraging all available sourcing platforms to find, identify and entice top talent
- Delivering a constant flow of interested candidates by driving a comprehensive and inclusive approach to sourcing
- Driving, achieving, and maintaining individual KPIs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A passion to help people
- Minimum of two+ years (recent) in house recruiting or staffing agency sourcing the best talent out there!
- Familiarity sourcing talent from major market players such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake and other platforms/medias
- Skilled and effective communicator
- High volume doesn’t scare you, it is your niche! Results motivate you!
