A manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Talent Sourcer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide an excellent candidate experience interaction
  • Develop new sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top technical and/or sales amp marketing talent
  • Work cross functionally with client facing recruiters to develop a key candidate profiles and build a sourcing strategy

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of sourcing experience with a recruiting search firm agency
  • 2+ years' experience with three or more sourcing tools channels
  • Proven expertise to source and generate qualified candidates using each tool channel
