Job Summary

A marketing services firm is in need of a Remote Talent Sourcer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Support our clients’ needs
  • Gaining a solid foundation of our industry, core candidate sourcing and screening skills
  • Bringing our talent solutions to existing and new customers

Required Skills:

  • Previous internship or work experience in Marketing, Sales, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • Leadership abilities through extra-curricular actives, volunteer efforts, school projects or experience
  • Naturally curious; a quick study
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
