Job Summary
A Modern Learning Management platform is filling a position for a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with managers to define roles and requirements and navigate the recruiting process
- Creating and implementing sourcing strategies to build pipelines and ultimately fill roles
- Attracting, identifying, engaging, and recruiting candidates across a variety of disciplines
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years in a sourcer role, preferably within a high growth tech company
- You are an effective communicator and partner
- You are passionate about the candidate experience
- You are a skilled negotiator and know your way around a recruiting pitch
- You have a proven track record filling roles in a variety of disciplines
- You are organized and able to manage your time effectively in a sometimes ambiguous environment
