Job Summary
A leading privacy and security assistant is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Sourcer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning mission-critical sourcing for 20+ roles post Series A fundraising
- Defining requirements of new roles and targeted objectives that are in alignment with company's goals
- Finding and engaging both active and passive candidates through use of recruiting platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience sourcing for tehnical and non-technical roles with an in-house recruiting team
- Track record of executing successful sourcing strategies that yield quality active and passive leads
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively in fast-paced environments
- Hyperorganized and have managed interview schedules across multiple teams
- A culture carrier who thrives on setting the tone for and inspiring others
- Technologically literate and have had past experience working with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Google Suites, etc
