Remote Talent Sourcing Assistant

Job Summary

A media and technology services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Sourcing Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Sourcing candidates through our existing database and contacts
• Reviewing online portfolios, CV’s, and/or resumes
• Strategizing with recruitment team to accomplish weekly business growth goals

Skills and Requirements Include:

• At least 1 year sourcing experience in PH and/or US market (recruiting experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, Linkedin, etc
• Computer savvy and familiar with Google Suites (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs)
• Understanding of referral programs
