A provider of a healthcare platform service. has an open position for a Remote Talent Sourcing Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating with the talent acquisition manager and senior recruiter to determine position requirements
- Crafting and sending recruiting emails
- Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Position Requirements Include:
- BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilitiesCoordinate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Sr. Recruiter to determine position requirements
