Job Summary
A business advisory firm has an open position for a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Source candidates through various online recruiting sites
- Perform phone interviews with candidates as well as reference and background checks
- Create, review, and edit MSAs and SOW
Qualifications for this position include:
- Familiar with setting up templates, custom fields in DocuSign and managing the signing process
- Familiar with onboarding and offboarding employees and consultants
- Familiar with Vendor Management Systems
- Familiar with insurance requirements and renewal processes
