A marketing agency is seeking a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing passive talent from social tools such as LinkedIn or other creative sources
- Communicating with potential candidates & the internal recruiting team via electronic communication
- Managing candidate interview schedule with HR
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a sourcer, recruitment agent, or related HR or Talent Acquisition role
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs and Greenhouse
- Understanding of Boolean searches
