Job Summary
A healthcare services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Talent Acquisition team members
- Conduct recruitment sourcing activities targeting candidates for hard-to-fill positions using a variety of sourcing methods
- Conduct extensive sourcing of passive candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 1 year of previous sourcing, recruitment, or sales-based lead generation and conversion experience
- Experience utilizing CRM and ATS systems
- Have a deep knowledge with navigating social media tools such as Linked In, Facebook and Twitter
- Have strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience sourcing job boards, social media sites, and passive candidates by cold calling and other forms of communication
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sourcing goals and driving quality pipelines that lead to hires
