Job Summary
A nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization has a current position open for a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understand hiring needs, priorities, and timing
- Post online ads
- Directly source key talent
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination
- A minimum of two years’ experience in sourcing
- Experience in database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; etc
- Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools
- Experience in social media channel sourcing, online presence, and advanced Internet research skills
- A minimum of one year experience working with an applicant tracking system
