Job Summary
A provider of cloud networking solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist Recruiter in Charlotte.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with Recruitment team & Hiring Managers to assess job resource needs & job requirements for Account Manager roles
- Develop sourcing strategy utilizing your creativity to identify candidate pipelines for both immediate and near future hiring needs
- Conduct initial candidate screens based on the job requirements for given position
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years' experience within the talent acquisition field as a technical recruiter or talent sourcer in a high volume recruiting environment
- Excel at building relationships with potential candidates & understand importance of cultivating relationships with hiring managers
- Possess a creative approach to attracting, sourcing & proactively recruiting talent pipelines using social media platforms, job boards, etc
