Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has a current position open for a Remote Talent Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directing and executing the overall Talent strategy of the organization
- Managing a team of 10-12 with 3-5 direct reports
- Designing and directing talent analytics and evaluations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree with knowledge of Human Resource and Organizational Development
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with 4 years of team management experience
- Strong personal passion for the education sector
- Demonstrated experience tackling tough issues
- Previous track record of managing multiple large-scale projects
- General knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource administration
