Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assessing existing Talent programs, processes, and practices, identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Driving internal communications and change management tactics to implement HR initiatives
- Overseeing all HR functions including benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, and employee relations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experienc
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading all aspects of HR
- Strong knowledge of all core HR areas including compensation, talent attraction and management, and more
- Experience scaling HR functions at various stages of scale and maturity
- Experience leading HR at a startup/scaleup is required
- Strong conflict resolution capabilities, critical thinking skills, and emotional intelligence
