Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider is seeking a Remote Tanzu Observability Senior Customer Success Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Meeting with customers on a regular basis to proactively monitor deployment velocity
- Creating a Customer Success Plan that tracks milestones and measure progress against the same
- Conducting periodic touch-points to measure customer satisfaction and product deployment levels
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field or equivalent experience
- Fluent in at least 1 programming language, Knowledge of Java, Python or Go programming
- Knowledge of efficient data structures, query parsing, and optimization
- Effective in working both independently and in a team setting with other high performing technical architects
