Job Summary
A property and casualty insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Target Segments Referral Underwriting Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring submission pipeline activity to assure that accounts are handled thoroughly and expeditiously to meet guidelines and quote deadlines
- Providing individual account referral support to the Target Segment business units
- Acting as the liaison between business units and corporate resources such as underwriting, actuarial, claims, accounting and financial units
Skills and Requirements Include:
- College degree or equivalent
- Strong team building and coaching skills
- Analytical skills, including financial analysis
- Interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft software applications
