Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote Targeted and Precision Medicine Oncology Regional Sales Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Train, supervise, motivate and develop Sales personnel to attain or exceed their sales territory sales goals
  • Implement and direct a field sales plan within the assigned Sales region so as to achieve stated sales goals
  • Conduct well planned Sales meetings designed to convey product knowledge, selling skills and foster teamwork

Required Skills:

  • Successful track record in field sales defined as consecutive years of increased sales or market share
  • At least eight years in the pharmaceutical industry or current Oncology Sales experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Awareness of market conditions, competitive intelligence and market trends
  • Valid driver's license
