Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Tax Accountant I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and evaluating financial and statistical data
• Identifying and resolving accounting and financial account and/or transaction discrepancies
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with business partners

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA eligible
• 0 to 2 years of corporate-level tax accounting experience in an organization of comparable size
• Experience and proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to understand and use computer systems and application tools for analysis
