Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Tax Accountant I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and other requested tax-related assignments
• Assisting with the preparation of quarterly estimated payments and annual extensions for each subsidiary
• Researching federal and state issues

Qualifications Include:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
• Bachelor's degree required with up to two years of accounting experience
• 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Must be able to maintain records of tax payments to provide information used in the tax return preparation
• Must be able to complete Federal and State tax return preparation files
