Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Tax Accountant in Alpharetta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in the preparation of Federal and State income tax provisions schedules
- Assisting with federal and state income tax compliance, including coordination of outsourced tax work
- Preparing sales tax returns for various states and local jurisdictions within prescribed deadlines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation is required
- Strong analytical skills, as well as strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Excel knowledge essential (pivot table, v-lookup etc.)
