Job Summary
A cloud communications company is filling a position for a Remote Tax Accounting and Compliance Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing external providers in the preparation of U.S. income tax provisions
- Ensuring proper ASC 740 tax accounting and SEC disclosures
- Monitoring developments in U.S., state and local income tax laws
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of U.S. income tax experience
- Ability to manage tax team and external providers
- Ability to oversee preparation of ASC 740 tax provisions
- Maintain U.S. technical knowledge of income tax
- Strong accounting and Excel skills
