A bookkeeping services provider is in need of a Remote Tax Associate in Houston.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing quarterly and annual tax reports or tax returns
- Leveraging software such as: Ultratax, Lacerte, CCH, and ProConnect
- Managing and maintaining the company’s tax database
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- College degree in Accounting or Tax
- 1-3 years of experience in public accounting
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Advanced excel skills
- Ability to work independently, without guidance and meet deadlines
- Integrity, ethical standards and understanding of confidentiality
