A bookkeeping services provider is in need of a Remote Tax Associate in Houston.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing quarterly and annual tax reports or tax returns
• Leveraging software such as: Ultratax, Lacerte, CCH, and ProConnect
• Managing and maintaining the company’s tax database

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• College degree in Accounting or Tax
• 1-3 years of experience in public accounting
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Advanced excel skills
• Ability to work independently, without guidance and meet deadlines
• Integrity, ethical standards and understanding of confidentiality
