Job Summary

An accounts receivable management company is filling a position for a Remote Tax Customer Service Representative II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Seeking out and delivering the right answers using everyday language
  • Troubleshooting and resolving tax advice and preparation inquiries
  • Documenting client interactions

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess active unrestricted: EA, CPA, or Tax Preparer credentials
  • Must possess active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number)
  • Recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection
