- Troubleshooting and resolving tax advice and preparation inquiries
- Documenting client interactions
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess active unrestricted: EA, CPA, or Tax Preparer credentials
- Must possess active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number)
- Recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
- Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection
