Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Expert - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns and deliver personalized video consultations to customers
• Own the end-to-end client experience, including document collection and customer support
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve workflows and service models

Required Qualifications

• Active EA or CPA credential and a valid PTIN
• 5+ years of paid individual tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns prepared in each of the past two tax seasons
• Deep knowledge in preparing moderate to high-complexity returns, including multi-state and self-employment income
• Experience using professional tax software and navigating multiple systems
• Experience working in a virtual environment with tax clients
