• Certified Public Accountant
• Public accounting experience
• Experience at the Manager level or above in ONE OF
• Individual / Small Business tax compliance, tax provisions OR
• Large corporate tax compliance and tax planning OR
• Tax research, M&A taxes and tax diligence or international taxes
