Remote Tax Manager

Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Tax Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing income tax/sales tax related audits
• Implementing a process for sales tax compliance
• Reviewing the tax portion of the quarterly and year-end consolidated financial statements

Qualifications for this position include:

• Have a minimum of 5+ years in general corporate income tax and accounting environment
• Have expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including Google suite
• Have experience working with external tax research technology portals and accounting systems
• Have a CPA certification required
• Have at minimum a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
