Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Tax Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing income tax/sales tax related audits
- Implementing a process for sales tax compliance
- Reviewing the tax portion of the quarterly and year-end consolidated financial statements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have a minimum of 5+ years in general corporate income tax and accounting environment
- Have expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including Google suite
- Have experience working with external tax research technology portals and accounting systems
- Have a CPA certification required
- Have at minimum a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
