Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Tax Operations Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing the implementation of internal policies and procedures related to information reporting
• Collaborating with our product and engineering teams to launch, improve and scale products and systems
• Working with various departments to streamline data flow and processes

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar fields
• 5+ years of tax information reporting with a financial services, public accounting, law firm, or corporate tax department
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of tax information reporting rules for retirement accounts
• High attention to detail and can drive projects to completion in a deadline driven environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills
