Job Summary
A technology-enabled solutions provider for the financial industry is filling a position for a Remote Tax Outsource Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Process new loan boarding including reviewing loan closing documents and tax line data
- Receive, research and respond to written and telephone inquiries
- Resolve errors and omissions when researching mortgagor inquiries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED; two (2) years college preferred
- A minimum one (1) year of experience, preferably in mortgage loan service or business-related field
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word experience
- Superior written and verbal communication and follow up skills as well as a strong sense of accountability
- Short learning curve to assimilate new skills and tasks
- Excellent work ethic, high productivity, and acute attention to detail
