An integrated healthcare services and products company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tax Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Developing and implementing tax planning strategies
Performing detailed tax research and analysis
Leading the analysis of M&A transactions for areas of tax risk and opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

10+ years' experience in related field
Prior supervisory experience
Bachelors and Advanced degree in business related field, or equivalent work experience
