Job Summary

A customer services outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Tax Preparation Software Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Researching, navigating and locating answers from webpages and resources independently in a variety of different situations
  • Communicating based on a customer’s mindset
  • Demonstrating a sincere desire to assist customers and putting their needs first

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a high-volume customer service role (i.e. call center, retail or similar environment)
  • Having achieved a satisfactory level of technical skill or knowledge
