A cloud based software company is seeking a Remote Tax Product Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Learning various tax processes and be a subject matter expert to assist in product and process improvement
- Documenting processes associated with new product functions and product enhancements
- Participating in transition and training for new product functions and product enhancements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience within payroll industry
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially with Excel
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to analyze data for high-level problem resolution
