Job Summary
An IT services and consulting firm is in need of a Remote Tax Regional Support Specialist II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring submission of timely, accurate tax deposits and reports
- Monitoring agency status monthly to identify and rectify payment, credit, and filing issues
- Maintaining average ticket aging to 30 days or less
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to ensure submission of timely, accurate tax deposits and reports
- Ability to monitor agency status monthly to identify and rectify payment, credit, and filing issues
- Ability to ensure KPI and SLAs are met
- Ability to maintain average ticket aging to 30 days or less
- Ability to respond to cases within stated department expectations
- Ability to coordinate with internal agency relations team to ensure creation of mass event payments
