Job Summary

A business solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tax Registration Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing light research related to tax registration compliance and form changes
• Identifying and analyzing Payroll Tax needs and requirements
• Preparing of Tax De Registrations and Name Change or Address Change Notifications

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience working with either TaxEx OR Workday, PeopleSoft or other ERP HR/Payroll systems/applications
• Working knowledge and language of the following business areas: Payroll and Payroll Tax
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2-4 years customer service
