Job Summary

A provider of high-quality, high-value financial products has an open position for a Remote Tax Research Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Resolving tax and navigational questions for customers who use Company's software
• Researching and resolving tax questions, educating customers on product updates and enhancements, and supporting clients with any product related questions
• Troubleshooting, problem solving, and educating customers about our products

Position Requirements Include:

• Prior tax preparation experience (for yourself and/or others)
• Ability to commit to work through April of 2021
• Willingness to share knowledge with others via phone, email, and chat from a computer
• Computer experience in a professional work setting
• Ability to successfully complete our screening and onboarding process
• High School Diploma, or equivalent
