Job Summary
A full-service tax preparation company is seeking a Remote Tax Resolution Client Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with tax preparers, licensed tax professionals, and other team members to timely resolve client tax issues
- Resolving issues by evaluating options
- Managing assigned clients and priorities, and work with other team members to resolve client issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree; or experience working in financial services and an Associate degree or high school diploma
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient and comfortable with computers and computer software
- Able to prioritize and manage caseload
- Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
- Professional, service-minded demeanor; ability to maintain confidence, friendly, and helpful tone in conversation
